Hello, Hugo!

I wanted a fast and easy way to publish TILs. Giving Hugo a go. It wasn’t the easiest thing to get started (documentation is a bit of a hit and miss) but got a basic bare bones site running in a couple of hours. Needs quite a bit of tweaking to get the UI fixed, but hey, I wanted to start from zero instead of trying to learn and strip down someone elses markup.
